Five-S provided all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and personnel to perform the work according to the contract plans and specifications; including channel excavation from STA 229+00 to STA 291+00. Five-S utilized two dozen tractors, pans, excavators, trucks, and any other equipment necessary to maintain production of 8,000 CY or more per day; excavation spoils were placed in North and South Stockpile areas. Five-S maintained a successful dewatering plan for the open excavations in accordance with the SWPP. At completion, Five-S successfully moved over 1,800,000 cubic yards of material.
