Andre’ Smith
Chief Executive Officer

Andre’ has been involved in the construction industry for seventeen years. Andre’ has extensive experience and knowledge of all areas of the company and is hands-on at every level. His strengths include the ability to effectively bid, organize, and execute projects as well as think forward, allowing him to come up with new, innovative ideas to push a project to completion in the most cost-effective and efficient process. He has owned and managed Five-S since its inception and has built the business into the strong and successful business that it is today by surrounding himself and his company with people who share in his passion, vision and goals.
Danielle Hosch
Senior Vice President of Administration

Danielle has been with the Five-S team since its inception. She oversees all aspects of the internal administration of the Five-S Group, which includes coordinating, organizing and managing the administrative and employment details of the Five-S Group. By managing and enforcing the budgetary constraints of Five-S, she has been instrumental in lowering overhead costs, allowing Five-S to pass these savings on to its client. Danielle is also a statewide notary public.
Kirk Arceneaux
Senior Vice President of Finance

Kirk is a resident of Baton Rouge and graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Kirk began his career in public accounting as an auditor and after seven years moved into industry serving multiple accounting roles over the last 25+ years. Kirk has a diverse portfolio of experience in wholesale and retail fuel distribution, PVF distribution to the oil and gas industry, downhole equipment inspection services, and valve distribution and repair services in the petro/chem industries. Kirk is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a member of the Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). With Kirk’s extensive experience and leadership skills he aims to bring an array of new processes and efficiency to Five-S Group’s financial operations.
Brandon Ashley
Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategy

Brandon has over fourteen years of experience in the construction industry; most of that tenure as a supplier of either equipment or materials. Brandon’s emphasis in his career is on building relationships and networking key components together to generate a successful project or sale. His contacts are extensive across the Gulf Coast region and he has over 6 years experience as a sales rep, sales manager or general business manager. He is a member with ABC, Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), and is on the board of the Mississippi Valley AGC. He is also an active member of the Men’s Club at St. George Catholic Church in Baton Rouge, LA.
Sarah Thrash
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Sarah Thrash is a Houston resident, native to Lake Charles, Louisiana, and a graduate of McNeese State University. Sarah has eleven years of experience in the industrial sector, working in the Gulf South territory. Sarah manages a team of business development managers covering both the public and private sectors of the Southeast United States. Her industry affiliations include WIMOs, HCA, ABC, and she is an ECC Future Leader (Engineering & Construction Community). Sarah is passionate about mentoring women in construction, building a strong company culture, and staying at the forefront of the construction technology curve.
Scott Englebert, P.E.
Vice President of Engineering and Quality

Scott has fifteen years of experience in the engineering consulting and construction industry. In his career, he has held leadership roles and managed a business unit at a Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing firm. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas. He is active in the engineering community in southeast Texas and currently serves as a board member of ASCE’s Southeast Texas branch.
Keith Keller
Senior Vice President of Operations

Keith is a resident of Baton Rouge area and native to Louisiana. After growing up in Houston and spending many years in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Keith and his family returned to Louisiana. Keith has spent the last 22 years working in our Gulf Coast region with assignments as a project engineer, estimator, preconstruction manager, project manager, and division leader.
As SVP of Operations, Keith is responsible for the oversight of all preconstruction, project management, and field operations. Keith ensures Safety is paramount for our team and ensures our team is focused to provide client solutions from the ground up on all projects. Each project and client are carefully analyzed by Keith to understand each stakeholders desired outcome.
Eric Fauveau
Vice President of Estimating

Eric possesses a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. Eric brings fourteen years of estimating experience with him to Five-S Group. He has spent the last thirteen years specifically in heavy civil estimating. He brings a strong, detailed driven strategy to the Five-S Pre-Construction Groups.
Trey Folk
Vice President of Field Operations

Trey has eighteen years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in estimating, construction services, program management, and field operations. Trey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from ULM. Trey describes great project management as knowing where you are at all times with the budget and schedule, being responsive to the client, being professional at all times, and knowing when to move and shake with decisions.
