Five-S takes quality very seriously. Our clients expect it, and our reputation depends on it.
To ensure that we provide our clients with a quality project, we prepare and implement a Quality Management Plan designed specifically for the individual project.
This plan, developed in collaboration with the owner and design team, consists of several components, including communication, coordination, design verification, revision control, baseline schedule, schedule management, environmental compliance, field inspections, quality control testing, verification sampling, reporting, nonconformance tracking and resolution, and independent assurance.
Executive Summary of Quality Program
Five-S Group takes a proactive and aggressive approach to quality beginning prior to a project award through project completion. Our quality department is led by a Texas licensed engineer with an extensive background in Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Material Testing, and Contractor Quality Control Program Management. Each project is assigned a quality team reporting directly to project management to ensure quality is a priority and never compromised.
Five-S Group has a unique advantage in executing large scale civil improvement projects due to our extensive material supply operation.
Our Goal
Five-S’ goal is 100-percent compliance with the contract documents. To reach that goal, we also mandate the same performance from our consultants and sub-contractors.
