Five-S provided mass grading earthwork to approximately 530 acres in 8 phases for future homes. The scope of work included stripping of organic soil, excavation of 8 ponds, grading and compacting excavated material to desired areas.  Total excavation of over 1,400,000 CY of onsite material loaded and placed onto future home lots, roadways and green areas.  Total contract value of $7.6 million.
