Kristin Dronet
Kristin is our Business Development Manager, serving the Southwest Louisiana and Texas Regions. Kristin has worked in the heavy civil construction industry for three years and makes four months with Five-S this month. In her time here she has succeeded in client relations, exhibited strong leadership and teamwork skills, and goes above and beyond to be supportive to the entire Business Development Department. She has taken the lead in presentation execution and planning and offers a great deal of creativity when it comes to advancing deals, growing client relationships, and getting the right information that is needed when it comes to upcoming opportunities. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her husband and son and spending time with her friends and family. She also loves reading and doing yoga. Kristin, we are so happy to have you on our team and are thrilled about what your future has in store with Five-S.

SAFETY SPOTLIGHT
Angel Lopez
Angel Saul Lopez has been with Five-S for seven years. He started as a laborer and worked his way up to an operator. He is currently an active foreman working at the Five-S Labelle Dirt Pit in Texas. Mr. Lopez shows up for work every day with a leadership-driven attitude. He goes above and beyond daily by helping and encouraging others to succeed in their job tasks. Mr. Lopez takes the initiative to always keep a strong safety culture and will stop work if he sees anything that affects the daily operation or if there is a potential hazard. His commitment to safety and the people around him make him an incredible asset to Five-S. He is a dedicated worker who will put a shovel in his hand if that is what it takes to keep the job going. We are so excited to grow our team with these new wonderful additions to Five-S Group. In our Baton Rouge office Crystalline Meshell joins us as our new Data Entry Clerk in the Operations Department. Amanda Blanchard joins our Estimating Team as the new Estimating Administrator. In our Port Arthur office, Mistyn Green joins the Quality and Engineering Department as the Administrator of Quality and Engineering.

LIVE THE GROWTH MINDSET
Members of our Business Development team attended the RE+ Tradeshow in Las Vegas, NV at the end of August. This Solar Energy tradeshow had over 1,350 exhibits and over forty thousand clean energy professionals attended. Five-S has completed multiple solar farm site civil projects and has diversified our capabilities to support the needs of our renewable energy clients. Five-S aims to always “Live The Growth” mindset and expand our knowledge and reach as rapidly as possible. We saw the need for true turnkey site civil solutions for these projects and are more than ready to execute a specialized site package for renewable energy projects such as solar farms.
Five-S Group Expands Leadership Team
Five-S builds a strong foundation for projects, always keeping safety the number one value of every scope of work. The same strong foundation can be found within our leadership team. Quality and engineering was a core focus this year with Scott Englebert, P.E. - Vice President of Engineering and Quality, at the forefront. Scott has successfully implemented project-specific quality plans and assisted project managers and others with regularly scheduled meetings around quality. Eric Fauveau joins Five-S as the Vice President of Estimating with fourteen years of estimating experience. Eric brings a strong strategy to win to our pre-construction groups. Aaron Elgiar delivers an advanced level of innovation to Five-S with Total Process Reliability (TPR). As the Vice President of Fleet and Technology, Aaron increases efficiency for our clients with project site cameras, asset tracking systems and protocols, and an extensive equipment training and maintenance program. As leadership grows, Five-S continues diversifying its portfolio with the completion of multiple renewable energy site civil projects and pursuing prime contracts with various federal government agencies.
