Five-S’ scope includes providing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and personnel to perform the work according to the contract plans and specifications. This work is to include Comite River Diversion Chanel excavation and embankment from STA 288+50 to STA 312+50, LA HWY 964 Diversion Road, Carney Road, and LA HWY 964 excavation and embankment from LA beginning project STA 192+50 to ending project STA 221+50. Five-S will utilized tractors, pans, excavators, trucks, and any other equipment necessary to maintain production of 9000 or more CY per day. Excavation spoils were placed in North and South Stockpile Areas. Five-S has maintained a strategic de-watering plan for the open excavations. Once completed we will have moved 606,516 CY of excavation and 43,155 CY of embankment.
