Mason has taken amazing strides into true leadership this year as the project manager of the Comite River Diversion Channel Segment 1 project. He has displayed wisdom and humility by reaching out to the field team and listening to their advice. In doing so, he created a team environment by encouraging and allowing participation by all members. USACE noticed this change and the increased production, better documentation and more streamlined communication and decision making. Thanks to his leadership this vital Federal prime contract is on-track and a stellar success for Five S Group. Mason has been extremely dedicated, hardworking, and has succeeded in using superior problem solving skills to navigate through challenges. We are grateful to have him as a leader at Five-S Group and look forward to many more years of successful projects being led by him.

Brandon williams

Brandon Williams is our October Safety Spotlight employee. Mr. Williams is a dependable individual that strives to always arrive to work earlier than everyone else in the team. Mr. Williams is always on top of fueling the heavy equipment machinery that is in the work area. Mr. Williams is always one of the first individuals that goes to the field and typically one of the last ones to leave the field. Mr. Williams always ensures that all the heavy equipment operators have transportation from Five-S laydown yard to the operator’s work area, along when there is a safety and or operation concern. Mr. Williams has the courage to speak up and share his concern with the group. Thank You Mr. Williams for going above and beyond to help the team out. We appreciate your dedication to safety.
