AINSLEA GREENWOOD
Ainslea is the behind the scenes lifeblood of Sales and Marketing at Five-S Group. Her knowledge base and experience here affords her the ability to gather, analyze, and transmit information which is vital to our team. She is our Go-To person for everything from HubSpot, pre-construction processes, project information, bonding, who to ask for needed information, and a host of other needs she meets each week and makes it look easy. Ainslea is always willing to provide the tools our team needs to make things run more efficiently. She is creative and care deeply about our company culture. Ainslea is critical to front line success of Five-S Group. She excels in solving problems as they arise and ensure all of our pre-qualifications and contracts are approved and signed in a timely manner. We greatly appreciate her contribution to this team and value the drive she has to make things happen.
SAFETY SPOTLIGHT
Thomas Mcclendon
Mr. Thomas has shared his knowledge/wisdom to his fellow co-workers/operators about conducting heavy equipment operations with a safety/quality mindset. There was an instance where Mr. Thomas, with his knowledge and wisdom, was able to use scrap wood material to clean built-up mud in between the rollers and the tracks. This act was a tremendous help to the laborers along with being a safer way to clean the excavators from the built-up mud. Thomas also went out of his way to create a ramp to allow access to the pilot cut work areas. This prevented the excavators from getting stuck in unstable material. Thomas always strives to brighten up the work environment with his smile and his jokes. As Mr. Thomas always mentions, “We spend more time together than what we spend with our families, so why not be in good spirit.” Thank you Thomas for always striving to brighten up your co-workers’ moods along with always showing and helping your fellow co-workers/operators with your knowledge and wisdom.
