CHARLIE HARPER
Charlie excels at the thorough communication in all aspects of his work. He is a respected leader in the field. He encourages his teams to get work done efficiently and, more importantly, safely. Charlie is mindful of the project budget and schedule and keeps leadership well-informed of progress, issues, change conditions, and more. Charlie also cares about the client’s experience and is always trying to find creative ways to any issues that arise. In doing so, he also finds additional revenue streams on projects. When difficult conditions or situations come to the surface Charlie prevails through with leadership and skill. He keeps pushing, he maintains his integrity and even if the conditions are tough to deal with, his commitment to high-quality results, team work, and safety does not cease.
SAFETY SPOTLIGHT
Leopaldo palacios
Our safety spotlight is Mr. Leopaldo Palacios for his keen eye to the small details in allowing us to run a more safe and effective work site. In the construction industry the landscaping is always changing. The Labelle Pit site is no stranger to such change. However, when there is a change in the landscape, Mr. Palacios notices the change and adapts to the change. Mr. Palacios goes out of his way and adds delineation markers where they are needed to keep the dump truck drivers safe and out of harm’s way. Thus, avoiding a potential collision and or an incident from occurring. Thank You Mr. Palacios for having a keen eye to such details and keeping our Labelle Pit site safe.
