SInce his date of hire, Andrew has been outspoken in what is needed to move projects forward. His determination and experience in the area as a Quality Control Manager in doing and following Corps of Engineers protocol has been exemplary. In a short time, he has made huge strides in his scope of work. He has maniacal ability to complete submittals on time and correct, as he leaves no stone unturned. He has worked internally with the office staff in making sure everyone understands each process. Andrew has a great working relationship with our clients and subcontractors. He is the “go to” for any information needed. His abilities and understanding are unparalleled. He goes above and beyond in sharing information, furthering others to train them for future contracts. He leaves an impact with his direction. He has been instrumental to Five-S and we are so happy to have him on the team. Congratulations Andrew!

James Broussard

James Broussard stands out for his willingness to always give a helping hand to his fellow coworkers. When Mr. Broussard is tasked with a job assignment and or to assist his fellow coworkers, Mr. Broussard always strives to complete the job assignment with safety in mind. In times of need, James will step in to help his fellow operators when his longtime experience and skill set are required. Mr. Broussard exemplifies his passion for his craft, working with safety in mind from both protecting his coworkers and FIVE-S Group’s company assets. Overall, we are very proud to have Mr. Broussard’s be part of the GLDD project and be a FIVE-S Group team member.
