This project consisted of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials, and performing all operations necessary for clearing and grubbing in stockpile areas; for the removal and disposal of all cleared and grubbed materials; and for the filling of all holes caused by grubbing operations. Additional operations performed included stockpiling materials, excavation in borrow areas, borrow pit development, stabilization and maintenance of access/haul roads and excavation incidental to the construction of the clay pit areas inside the Bonnet Carre Spillway.
